Lentor Gardens Residences is part of a private estate that has grown up around Lentor station since the Thomson-East Coast Line opened. This guide describes the estate, its ground and its centre, using the developer’s brochure and briefing and the distances on OneMap.

Elevated Ground at Lentor Gardens Residences

The brochure opens with the setting: elevated terrain within Lentor Hills, framed by open skies and greenery. The site rises from about 20 metres on the Singapore Height Datum at the road to between 25 and 29.5 metres at the pool deck, and the architect’s design follows those contours instead of levelling them, stepping the blocks and decks with the ground.

The development sits in the Ang Mo Kio planning area, in District 26, with its own Lentor Gardens address, beside the green of Hillock Park.

Lentor Modern and the Estate Centre near Lentor Gardens Residences

Lentor Modern, the mixed-use development beside Lentor station with its mall, is about 350 metres from the site in a straight line, and the brochure gives a two-minute drive to it. It is the estate’s nearest place for groceries and daily shopping, with Lentor station beneath the same stretch of Lentor Central.

Homes Around Lentor Gardens Residences

Around Lentor Hills lie the established landed estates of the Lentor and Thomson area, low-rise streets of terrace, semi-detached and detached houses, together with older condominiums nearby. Sport and Recreation near Lentor Gardens Residences

Yio Chu Kang Sports Centre, with its stadium and swimming complex, is about 1.6 kilometres from the site on Ang Mo Kio Avenue 9. Within the development, the tennis court, the gym, the yoga studio and the pools cover everyday exercise.
