Hillock Park and Nature near Lentor Gardens Residences

Few new homes have a park on their doorstep and a nature reserve within a short drive. Lentor Gardens Residences borders the future Hillock Park, and the forests and reservoirs of the central catchment lie to the west. Distances below are straight lines on OneMap from the site.

Hillock Park and Lentor Gardens Residences

Hillock Park is the green heart planned for the Lentor Hills estate, and the developer’s brochure lists it as directly accessible from the development. The architect’s briefing describes the site as bordering the future Hillock Park, a linear park and a green link, and a side gate from the grounds opens onto the Green Finger, the strip of green that runs beside the park.

The developer puts the walk through the park to Lentor station at about six minutes, about 440 metres to Exit 1 in a straight line, and the architect’s answers note that homes in Blocks 74, 76 and 78 clear the tree line towards the park from the 3rd storey and look beyond it from the 10th.
