Lentor Gardens Residences Design Team

P&T Consultants is the architect of Lentor Gardens Residences. Its briefing describes an adaptive, layered architecture that follows the natural topography of the site instead of overriding it, and a continuous curvilinear plan: the blocks bend around the pools, and terraces, floor levels and roofs step with the ground.

Ecoplan Asia’s landscape is built around an elevated water garden, which the briefing calls a grand water sanctuary in the sky, and Sujunoho Design’s interiors, under the theme Urban Eden, pair dark wood accents with neutral stone. KCL Consultants are the civil and structural engineers and United Project Consultants the mechanical and electrical engineers.
